Frosty on the Tip
level of drunken or highness that is achieved before being “fully torqued” or completely hammered. a synonym for buzzed. can also be used to portray a level of semi-excitement. if one were to be somewhat looking forward to the weekend they could be described as being frosty on the tip for that particlar weekend.
johnny: you sure you good to drive man?
billy: f-cking right i just had a couple of beers, i’m just a lil frosty on the tip is all.
