a situation in which someone has taken out a loan on f-cks and then defaulted, because they’ve given too many f-cks to ever repay.

the act of giving so few f-cks that, in time, you will be in give-a-f-ck debt and unable to pay back all of that debt. declaring f-ckruptcy is a good way to elminate your give-a-f-ck debt and start over
jangles gave so few f-cks over the course of his career that after five years he had to declare f-ckruptcy. last i heard he still didn’t give a f-ck.
