describing a really really stupid or annoying -ss person

a mix between being mind f-cked and retarted. f-cktarted.

coined by a wise man, f-cktarted is express when the ph-rs-s: “what the f-ck?” and “are you r-t-rded?” are just not enough to express the stupidity of the action you have just made. it was once said that shakespeare termed the word during the production of one of his unreleased plays “the woman to whom you oweth your existence spoken of the dusk before!” through one of his characters ma-ther fakaer of yoreanis. others said it was einstein when he disagreed with is math teacher in 2 second grade. in any case, it serves as remainder that you are a failure at life and should not p-ss go in any way…shape or form.
