a way to express how f-cked up you are in a manner that is as f-cked up as you are. f-ktup being more percussive resembles the lazy-tongued hard-syllabled speech a drunk person would have. to you, a drunk person is f-cked up. to him, “i’m fuggin f-ktup!”.
