Fupacabra
a person with the gift of possessing a fupa(fat upper pubic area) but from a hispanic background. fupacabras generally only speak spanish and are very ugly looking(like a chupacabra) so that people know when a fupacabra is nearby. fupacabras are very common in southern california and other southern states.
