this word comes from the root word “ghetto” (that is to say, the version of “ghetto” that describes a car with no hubcaps, etc) but should not be cl-ssified as a rascist term. ghetter simply means intentionally stupid actions, usually done by white people, that makes them seem poor and/or moronic. in some cases “ghetter” actions are just plain stupid in general.
