ghetto method
a method of determining pregnancy that does not simply count the days since the start of last menstruation.
i don’t actually know the ghetto method but overheard the phrase in a conversation on the trolley about whether the couple had an unplanned pregnancy.
“i’m only one day late if you use the regular way. using the ghetto method, i’m a week late.”
