a person or group of people that conduct/act as if they lived in the ghetto. they primarily live in decent socio-economic suburban neighborhoods and have the tendency to belong to some form of middle cl-ss. they also tend to frequent walmart stores on a regular basis as if that was the end-all-be-all shopping experience. they swear up and down to you that they come from the hood but have never stepped nor truly lived in it. it could also be a white trash individual who brings down the nice neighborhood.
