1: a positive state of being caused most often by welcome unexpected occurences. the condition is characterized by urges to giggle excessively like an insane person, break into dance, hug anyone in close proximity, or engage any other dubiously advised activities of reckless euphoria with a total unconcern as to how the behavior will be regarded by others not in a similar state.
