nickname for a person who is half ginger/half normal human being. instead of showing the complete physical characteristics of gingervitus, aka: freckles, pale skin and flaming red hair, a gilatto’s physical appearance is more subtle. for example, gilatto kids may appear to be dark skinned, but have a red fro; or pale and blonde, with a red beard. do not ask if the curtains match the drapes. answers will vary
