the name given to a female fan of adam lambert. first used by one of his fans, sazzle dazzle lambrit. it combines the words glamourous and sister.
i love my glamsters.
usually female or flamboyantly gay males. 80’s stylings, cl-ssic cuts on the clothes, impecable hair and make up, a bit over the top in some instances. think david bowie in a less ambiguous sense 20 years ago minus the punk influence.
josie, with her impecable bouffant and excessive eye make up plus the 80’s baby doll dress and retro heels is a quintesential glamster.
