glegan
simply put, a gluten free vegan. so someone who abstains from eating anything from an animal or that contains gluten. a glegan could be considered to have extremely limited food options and only an advised lifestyle for those with creative cooking skills.
i am glegan therefore…..i don’t eat meat, i don’t eat dairy, i don’t eat eggs, i don’t eat bread, i don’t eat pasta, i don’t eat…….
