a glitter emcee is usually a female rapper who exhibits valley girl swag and girly-pop flow. most glitter emcees are middle cl-ss chicks who got the gift of rapping but their flow is unique due to their “glittery” voices and choice of vocabulary. glitter emcee swag is rocked by females who are not gang related, nor are they “hard” b-tches. glitter emcees are popping up all over the nation, mostly influenced by sound self expression and style, and also an underground style that is a fusion between techno/electronica and “hip-pop.”
