an ice cream flavored with coconut milk and jasmine tea. it is traditionally sweetened with a variety of sugars (including honey, maple syrup, brown sugar). many people complain that the jasmine tea flavor is often too understated.
i love gooberschnikel ice cream but my auntie sh-ll thinks it’s a little underwhelming.
