noun; a c-nt of the highest order. a person who lacks character and wit. usually a spurs or man utd fan.
“did you see that geezer in the pub with the utd shirt on? he was a grade a c-nt and no mistake.”
someone who does themselves no favours what so ever. they do not care how they affect other people and just try to f-ck up everybodys way of living. someone who performs a ruthless and inconsiderate act thus making them a c-nt.
