1. very cool; used to refer to a popular group or person at a party or social event.
2. a person at a party who will randomly partake in borderline h-m-s-xuality; i.e. giving excessive amounts of close handshakes to other males, “grinding” on other males when dancing.
-note: the different definitions can be implemented with different context and tone.
