this is two horrible describing words mixed together to form a ultimate put down. gug meaning a person who resembles a gay insect and regione, a name you call some one who is just bad at sports, smelling, good being a friend. just life in general. in fact the oly good trait of a gugione is able to w-nk more than the average man.
