Gumba Lump
the fatty tissue at the top of the shoulders/base of the neck, usaually seen on your gumba. this is where the extra pasta is stored. many times there will be no neck to speak of just a large lump reaching the back of the skull. it wrinkles and jiggles with hand and facial expressions.
