a democracy whose election processes were substantially influenced by computer hackers, resulting in an elected leadership that may not be absolutely legitimate, and owes a debt to the hacker, or the state/enterprise that sponsored the hacking.
the american people have inherited a hackocracy, where the true democratic outcome of elections is left in question by illegitimate computer hacking.
