Hagpa
a word with no real meaning, but used by two (or more) people in order to intimidate another person (or people) by making them feel less smart, due to the fact that they do not even know the word.
person 1: omg that was so hagpa of them!
person 2: i know! what do you think -insert name-?
person 3: oh… umm… i.. i don’t know?
