Halo Workout
at the end of a halo game, everyone playing takes the number of deaths they had during the last round, does that many push-ups and then proceeds to do double that number of sit-ups. the goal is to equal out days of halo play with a little excercise.
alright, i had seven deaths. i’ll do the halo workout and be back in seven push-ups and fourteen sit-ups.
