hangj means h-ll yeah. one can use this phrase with pretty much anything, and it usually is used for humurous purposes. it sounds exactly how it is spelled, but can sometimes be prolonged to emphasize the j, so instead of hangj…it can also be hang-jay. pretty much try to randomize its use, and try to make it unexpected.
