Harambeque
in islam, the opposite of halal (legal) is haram (illegal). in the u.s. and other westernized countries, the vast majority of meat is not slaughtered according to islamic law (dhabihah); therefore it is considered haram. so any barbeque in virtually any household in the u.s. or other westernized country would be considered haram.
