the cr-ppy name the yanks gave to the first harry potter book, actually called harry potter and the philosopher’s stone. was changed because they didn’t think americans would understand the word philosopher. which is a good point i suppose.
me: harry potter and the philosopher’s stone is the first book in the harry potter series 🙂
