Hash Bash
hash bash is an annual event organized by the michigan national organization for the reform of marijuana laws (norml). it takes place on the first sat-rday of april in ann arbor, mi on the campus of the university of michigan. at high noon on the diag there are speakers and rallying and afterwards a street fair on monroe. ann arbor has a $25 civil infraction fine for smoking marijuana on city property.
