a person who acts in a disorderly & hectic manner. people who are hazbahs usually have bad breath, and eat baby seals and unicorns. also, they have thick moustaches, and are not allowed to drive in algeria, mongolia, denmark, and qatar. hazbahs usually stay in packs of 20 or so.
