to have a list of certain individuals that did something bad to you, that you plan to seek some type of revenge on. kind of like a hit list just sometimes less lethal.
so if peter stole money from paul so now paul added peter to his head list to either, get money back, beat hit up, torture, have s-x with his wife and etc. just any type of revenge felt necessary.
