neck pain and general feeling of fatigue, pain, and aching resulting from the act of headbanging. symptoms can be worsened by moshing.

after an extended period of vigorous head banging the pain, including fatigue you get in the back your neck is known as the head bangover
after the tenacious d concert all the head-banging gave me a killer “head bangover”.
