an individual who tucks his shirt so tight into his pants that it gives the apperance of wearing a jumpsuit. also one who tucks a sweater into said pants and the belt buckle is situated over his bellyb-tton and just under his nipples.individual may opt to wear sock straps or tuck shirt into underwear.
