a hect-t can be quite simply defined as hectic t-t, and overactive w-nker, basically someone who gets on your nerves for being too active when they should be monging out in front of a computer.
first coined during a game of scrabble when one player wanted to spell “hectic” but had one too few “c’s” and one too many “t’s”, thus hect-t was born.
