a form of ridicule or scrutiny towards an opinion of a minority or individual who will most likely become the center of negative attention because of his opinion which mostly happens on the internet or in popculture, politics, ect… because most of these ignorant people never have the b-lls to say these things in front of the face of the target of negative attention because that is human nature in the 21st century which is quite sad.
