an onomatopoeia used to describe anyone who acts and looks ghetto. often missing a few teeth, raps to themselves, wears baggy pants, frequently angry.
whatever sh-t comes out of their mouth, whether it be talking or rapping, sounds like “hiddyhiddyhaw, haw, haw!”
