a term coined by teenagers in southern california meaning something weird, odd, or utterly hilarious. basically, it means anything that is weird enough to laugh aloud at.
things that are “hoigois” can be likable or hated depending on the usage.
person 1: “why are you laughing?”
person 2: “that guy playing the tuba is so hoigois!
