a game played amongst friends.
one person from the group goes up to a random stranger of the oppostie s-x, talks to them, and tries to get their number. if sucessful, they get a dollar from a friend.
girl1: hey! lets play holla for a dollar.
girl2: okay! ill go get that guys number.
