to be used in subst-tution of holy sh-t, such as followed by the -take after. the take is important for the phrase to be successful. term invented by elementary school students as subst-tutions for cussing, such as the -sstronaut
jimmy goes to the gas station, buys a lotto ticket. when he reaches home, and checks the lotto number, he screams in delight, “holy sh-t!” his wife stares at him. looking awkwardly, jimmy refines his sentence to avoid embarrasment. “-take mushrooms!” in the end, his wife thinks he’s on crack. and thats how the holy sh-take mushrooms! came to be.
