Homoschlager
an alcoholic shot containing 1oz goldschlager, and 1oz h-m-genized milk.
created by a young surgeon, and first consumed in 2011 by a group of his colleagues / friends at a well known bohemianesque vancouver establishment.
although originally believed to be a heinous idea; following the initial consumption the group prepared their pukey faces, but quickly realized the beverage to be much more enjoyable than imaginable. even the bar keep himself was astonished at how well the h-m-schlager tasted.
the h-m-schlager is rapidly becoming a favourite across vancouver’s east side.
“how about a round of h-m-schlagers for the boys!”
