the act of excessively honking ones horn when an automobile in front of you is turning very slowly. often times the person getting honked out is either elderly, or just a piece of sh-t driver.
seth: i was in such a hurry to get home today after i got done tanning and working out, i didn’t want to miss the new episode of jersey sh-r-, but this -sshole in front of me took forever to turn.
james: well did you honk his sh-t out?
seth: h-ll yeah i did, left my horn on for atleast 10 seconds after.
