Hoodles Device
formal and more reverent version of “hoodles”
a homemade drug abuse device, made from whatever’s at hand at the moment, laying around the house. (i.e. soda cans, 2 liter bottles, tin foil, duct tape, safety pins, etc.)
they had no bowl or papers around, so they -ssembled a hoodles device out of an empty 2-liter bottle, aluminum foil, and a bucket, to smoke that shwag.
