hookah is a single or multi-stemmed (often gl-ss-based) water pipe device for smoking. a hookah operates by water filtration and indirect heat. it can be used for smoking herbal fruits, there are alot of diffrent flavors.

today’s media sometimes suggests that hookah can be a more health threatening activity than smoking cigarettes, but it´s unclear if that is the case, however there are tobacco free flavors for hookah, but unfortunately the smoke then becomes less thick, and doesnt tast as good.
