the worst nightmare of all sh-t taking scenarios. whereas a normal sh-t comes out vertically with easy ‘slideage’, this sh-t forces its way out horizontally causing immense pain and anguish. the horizontal sh-t brings a tear to the eye of the person who feels almost like the sh-t is raping them from the inside.
