a spoof of the word/group hezbollah. literally translates to “we have victory by way of allah.” figuratively, can be used to say “h-llo,” when greeting or saying goodbye someone depending on where in the conversation is used, or used for a congratulatory or victorious epic moment.makes for great comic relief! often capitalized for emphasis because whispering it doesn’t do it justice.
