noun; a wild, free-spirited, and often loud person who performs any sort of polynesian dancing( hula, tahitian, etc.)
suppose you see a member of a halau( hula dance group) acting crazy, yelling out jokes, and pretty much being the life of the party. this person would be considered a hulagin.
