Humm Humm
a common word, used at random during a conversation, that forces the listener to pay attention and acknowledge every minute detail, word and meaning.
supervisor: “so what you do, humm humm, is set the alarm code, humm humm, then dead bolt the back doors, humm humm, before exiting through the front doors. humm humm?”
employee: “yea, i get it. but why do you keep humming?”
