“hyitamplater” can most easily be defined as -n-l s-x between two eldery people. it is a nonsense word that someone who wasn’t fluent in english posted on an adult message board. n-body is exactly sure what the word was intended to be, but the original post was “i loves me some f-cking hyitamplater!!” an attached picture revealed an elderly couple having -n-l s-x. the next poster responded with something along the lines of “wtf is hyitamplater?! dirty old nasty -n-l s-x?” it stuck.
