anne had hypothyroidism which made her gain weight.sk-nks at her school talked about her when she walked down the hall thinking she couldn’t hear them, but she could. anne killed herself at age 12 weighing 110 pounds. (btw the sk-nks weighed 90)
a condition leading to the deficiency in the production of thyroid hormone.
symptoms include fatigue, paleness, poor muscle tone, decreased sweating, possible weight gain, etc.
about three percent of the general population has hypothyroidism.
hypothyroidism can limit peoples’ lives drastically as it causes excessive tiredness.
