(improvised explosive device) as a past tense verb, meaning to be blown up, destroyed, exploded, shot to sh-t, sh-t canned, died, messed up, broke down, to blast on someone, smashed, intoxicated.
sean: “i was going to go to the bar with you guys but my wife ied’ed my plans. now im stuck here listening to her b-tch.
dean: “well i couldnt make it either, my trailblazer ied’ed me. its gonna cost a fortune to repair my engine”
sam: “well i went to the bar and got ied’ed, i had to call a cab cuz there was no way i was driving home.
