ikeman is a misspelled reference to the famous n-z- concentration camp leader adolf eichmann who was responsible for the murder and deportation of hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of jews in europe between 1934-1945.
the television show “south park” makes light of this reference in several episodes.

a slightly derogatory way of calling someone a conservative or similar.
refers to president dwight d. eisenhower; 34th president, republican.
