when a girl or woman can’t keep a stable relationship because she’s such a moronic socialite that she tells the whole world (especially her billions of friends) every neurotic detail that is supposed to be kept private and intimate between her and her partner. (ily stands for “i love you” but is said as “ill-ee”)
