incitatus
incitatus is a term used to describe a man with a non-functioning, and oft-times small, p-n-s. derrived from the famous greek eunuch incitales.
in the arg community, incitatus is a common slang, used to insult someone who is being boasting about lies.
a very unsatisfied lady said to her new boyfriend, “that chuck, he’s such an incitatus!”
stop blathering, you’re being an incitatus!
