the time period in the digital information age when individuals cannot acquire as much detailed financial information than in earlier times when information was stored in visual formats.
the informationless age occurs after a merger of financial inst-tutions when investor’s or consumer’s historical transactions are not available from the surviving inst-tutution or from the now non-existant former inst-tution.
also, the consequence of individuals losing their personally stored digital information and not being able to obtain it from the original source.
